At the end of the new Beck album there are a load of voices talking about the perfect album and what it would be like (strange, but that's Beck for ya. He is a Scientologist I guess :-P). Nonetheless it got me thinking.

How do you think the perfect album would be made, or what it would be like?

P.S. No comments such as Abbey Road "being" the perfect album. After all, that's not necessarily true.

I doubt if there will ever be a perfect album because there's so many genre's out there, that to suit all these wouldn't fit to everyone's taste.

I wouldn't agree with anyone who says Abbey Road is the perfect album as I just detest the Beatles.

I'm sure The Clash came close with a mix of punk, ska, reggae and pop.
Yeah, London Calling was pretty perfect. Mine is Lou Reed's Berlin and Nick Cave's No More Shall We Part. Both great concept albums and depressing as ****!
