a couple of years back there was a music video where a white man with long hair was riding a bike (could have been a courier) in the streets of new york singing.

i would love it if someone could help me out here. i would like to know the name of the artist and song. that is the only part of the video that i remember.

its been bugging me for a long time now and if someone could help me i would really appreciate it.
