Help with White Label

Around 5 years ago I worked in a nightclub, and the DJ played a lot of white label stuff. There was one song he played I loved, but it was always busy while it was on, so I never got a chance to ask him what it was. He got sacked a week or two later and have never heard of him or the song since.
Can anybody please help me - the lyrics I remember are
"If you should die before you wake, I'll take your soul I'll keep it safe. I'll be your saviour, your angel in the dark....."
