Who did a slow cover version of the Bobby MC vee song 'Run to him' Guy with a high voice like demis roussos....May have been a b side.... help help help.. late 70's early 80's. Not donny osmond... I have trawled the net and every music resource for this and cannot find it...

Presume that you mean the 1961 record by Bobby Vee (not McVee).
I've been trawling catalogues and the net, since you 1st posted this question 3 wks ago, with no success.
You're not thinking of Run To Me by the Bee Gees are you ?

Not the bee gees track. But you are a good soul... definately bobby vee. (Thanks for the correction) really high voice. single guy.. demis roussos ish... Anyone else. a real challenge this one..... i work in the music industry and no one has been able to help me.. but i had a copy of it on cassette recorded from a 7" but that has been lost to the ravages of time also... i check kazaa but only bobby vee comes up not even donny osmond version.... looked for goffin website but none exists....
