I have a 1930/40s archtop Grafton guitar. Not sure about the age but the lead socket is 3 pin so it must be pretty ancient. I am unable to find any infomation at all on the net about the instument or where I can go for more info. Can anyone help?

can you post some 'detail' pictures somewhere? ..

The headstock, pickups, switches etc ...etc...
These people might be able to help - they used to be based in Doncaster and have sold guitars to many famous people - they now have shops in Leeds and London.

Well done! You found me. This Internet lark is wonderful. And to think i once said I thought that PCs were glorified word processors. For what its worth I also posted on the BBC Radio 3 Jazz forum with similar results. I cannot believe that no-one on the millions of websites out there has ever heard of this guitar. Even Encoire gets hits. Its always worth posting again from time to time.
