The dominant (5th note) is probably the answer you're looking for (ie the chord built on the fifth note of the scale. However the note that is raised in the harmonic minor scale is the 7th note (eg in A minor, the 7th note (G) is raised and becomes G#, so the chord built on the dominant contains the notes E, G# and B), so a triad built on the mediant (3rd note), or the supertonic (7th note) will also include the accidental.
