It was on about 13:10, it was a drum and bass song but I didn't catch the title or artist. If anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated :D

erm...there was a mans voice talking over the track but I can't remember what he said....

You can check on the radio 1 website @ www.bbc.co.uk/radio1 and go to Sarah Cox's page and look for track listings.

for some reason i thought that track was called slip and slide,

Just download loads of pendulum stuff!

Could have been the decoder remix of kosheen- slip and slide. I heard the pendulum tune on there but only listened to 10 mins.
