The only version I know of is by Julie Felix. It's called Going To The Zoo. Keying in Going to the Zoo on Google will bring it up. Strangely a recent thread asked for info on Universal Soldier by Buffy Sainte Marie which was also recorded by Julie.

Further researxch shows it was written by Tom Paxton, who presumably recorded it as well.
