Sometime in the eighties, four or five musicians (one female) played and sang one Saturday morning outside Boots in Cambridge city centre to loud applause and cheering from what seemed like well over 100 people - the melodies were that good - they sold all their tapes - I purchased one and played it to destruction. Guitar, Cello (might have been a Double Bass), drums, other percussion. Who the devil were they? Did they ever make a CD? I'll know the name if I read it.
