Music used in Top Gear Sunday 11th February 2007

Anyone know the name of the song/piece of music used in Top Gear when the presenters are trying to give their cars away in New Orleans? Its sounds kind of dramatic with a piano and ends with a drum. Its during when Jeremy Clarkson is summing up their trip and they gave their cars away to people who need it. Thanks a lot.

It's not Hurt by Johnny Cash. This piece of music is also at the end of Miami Vice when Colin Farrell's love interest is sailing away just before the title credits start
