There is 'A Fifth Of Beethoven' by Walter Murphy that has a disco arrangement of Beethoven's Fifth Symphony - it's on the 'Saturday Night Fever' soundtrack, but that's an instrumental. Is that what you;re after?

Roll Over Beethoven by the Electric Light Orchestra (before they became ELO) had Beethoven at the very beginning of the track.
