In the early 90's Maxine Barrie (the 1st ever winner of 'Star in Their Eyes'(and Shirley Bassey impersonator)) was involved in a record for Manchester Mardi Gras. It was called 'Life is a Mardi Gras' and the video was filmed on Canal Street in Manchester - we sat watching it being made. Does anyone have a copy of the song/video, or know where it can be viewed. It's a really catchy song and we'd love a copy.
