I'm thinking of buying a Shure sm58 microphone as for shear robustness and I've used them before.

Anyone use any others that are in a similar price range?

I recently bought a Shure PG58 for only �36.00 (�5 p&p)brand new plus 15ft lead from Ebay and it really is impossible to tell the difference between that and the SM58 to my ears....it's got an on/off switch too!
