capital dj from the 80's

does anyone remember a dj from capiatl fm (london) 1986/1987 had a late night chat show and was really rude and obnoxious to callers ,and if he disagreed with them, he just used to cut them off ,he was called caeser the geezer anyone know what his name was and what he is doing now?

The guys name was Chris something and I remember him well from Invicta radio in Kent. I think he was forcibly retired from the station as he ALLEGEDLY had an affair with one of the listeners...shame really cos in a perverse way he was quite entertaining!

many thanks to you both ,i do recall a scandal but i thought it involved young boys -but perhaps time has distorted my memory
