Evermore - please help me with this song

i heard a song a while ago by a group called evermore with a song called evermore, but when i searched for it the only thing i came close to was Hillsong united with a track called evermore, basically the track goes like everm...o...r...e, everm...o...r...e,everm...o...r...e,everm...o...r...e, and cant remmeber the rest please help, they just keep saying evermore with bits inbetween
