The backing's from an old Beatnuts' track called "Watch Out Now", which J-Lo lifted in pretty much the same way she did with Lunaz "I Got 5 On It" for an earlier single. The sample was originally from an old tune called (I think) "Hi-jack", recorded by the Enoch Light Orchestra.
