Cats is on at the Opera House until 9th June, followed by 42nd Street.
The other theatre that often has big musicals on is the Palace but it doesn't look like there is much on at the moment. I guess it depends when you're looking to watch something.....
If you google those two theatres you should get the info you need (you could also try the Lowry Theatre).
