Music from Ch4 Carrot and Stick

I know, probably more TV than music, Does anyone know what that piece of incidental music's called that was played throughout 'The Carrot and the Stick' on Ch4 (27/02/04)? It started with a troop of drummers beating a rhythm followed by a pulsing bass line. First heard it in a club about 9 or 10 yrs ago but have never managed to find out what it was.
