When I was little, I had a great-uncle who used to always whistle or sing the same song 'it's my mother's birthday today, and I'm on my way, with a lovely bouquet'. I have often wondered if he made it up - does anyone recognise it? He also used to drive an Orange Mini (one of the proper ones) and always had a packet of Nuttals Mintoes in his car to pull my fillings out with. Neither of these last 2 facts are relevant however!

Now I have spotted a grammatical error in my question and it is annoying me - it should be "neither of these last 2 facts IS relevant however". There, I admit it, I am sad and pedantic.
Great-Uncle's song is on this 'Party Essentials' CD with another little tune that will have you humming called 'Nobody loves a fairy when she's 40' :D
