1) It features a male and female vocalist.

2) It is a proper song, not some dance or 5 Star crap

3) The male sounds like Terry Hall, but its not

4) It starts off with whistling to the tune of something Arabian, similar to the Sheik of Arabea.

Any ideas??

Heard it on the radio but do not know the station to check. Very good tune.

The track is called 'Young Folks'. It was first released about four months ago. The track is excellent, but be wary of buying the band's album ('Writer's Block') as the song isn't really representative of the rest of their work.
