When you say 'One', the 'Wah' sound produces a bass response, which can be registered and adjusted by the sound engineer at the mixing desk. Similarly, the 'Tah' in 'Two' produces a treble response which again is monitored, and adjustments made. If you were simply messing about, I have wasted some valuable web space answering a non-existent question, but it may provide an answer to someone who 'has always wondered ...'.
