Unidentified song from mid '70s

Anyone recall a song with the lines:
"She doesn't look old enough
To be out on the street
She doesn't look tough enough
She's young and sweet....

(Refrain)
She's got the witchfire in her....."

I heard it on Radio 1 one afternoon in 1977. I've never heard it since and no one can help.
All suggestions much appreciated.

it sounds like "hot love" by T Rex, not sure though

There is simply no way that it's a T Rex number. It sounded a little like Manfred Mann's Earthband, but I don't think it was them.
