I just bought a Rare CD of Ebay, now regardless of whether it is a bootleg or not, I will admit that I paid rather a lot for it, but don't care as it it worth more than that to me. My question is, is it a bootleg? The CD in question is Forgotten Earthquakes by Tori Amos it is factory pressed and has high quality inlays. It is a collection of B-sides, an album she was supposed to bring out a few years ago and never did. What say you lot?
I tried to stop a sale on e-bay a few weeks ago, as I knew the item was a bootleg. I filled in a complaint form and it kept being returned saying that there was no such article number.
The last time I looked, the alleged cd had reached about 25. So if someone can sell a handful of those so called rarities each day, just think how much they can make in a week.
If you're personally happy to buy a collection of songs, which you want, then buy it, if you think it's a bootleg, don't buy it, it's not as if you're being forced to buy it.
