Randy still tours, primarily in the US. He still performs country and gospel concerts. He occasionally stars in a film and has recently participated in a filmed concert "100 Greatest Love Songs" for the CMT network. His song "Raise Him Up" has been at the top of several US and international gospel charts. There is news of a new country and Christian Country album release this autumn. He currently records for Word records. A new compilation album, "The Very Best of Randy Travis", will be released by Rhino Records on 3 August. His recent album releases include a live album and three Christian Country albums. He has won several Dove awards including Christian Country Album of the Year and his song "Three Wooden Crosses" hit #1 on the BillBoard charts as well as garnered several awards from the CMA, ACMA and the GMA. Currently he is on tour and in Wyoming for a concert on Sunday evening and then on to Indiana for a concert on Tuesday. He just finished his second inspirational cruise to Alaska and has been on several crusades with Pastor John Hagee and one crusade with Dr. Billy Graham.
