bloody 1970's tune!!

does anybody know how i can track down a song if i hum it over the phone... no im not talking about those teenybopper phone things that text you back as im assuming their database will only hold will young , girls aloud and avril lavigne - this was a bloody obscure 70's song !!

for any psychics out there it was at the end of a taped recording of the very first emmanuelle soundtrack which i have now lost and the hill street blues theme was there too. strange person, my uncle, i was about about 10 when i heard the tape in '84 - it was much better listening than "come on eileen" though !

anyway ... try this web site for help, you have to register for free, and then 'hum' or 'whistle / sing' the tune into a microphone.
