It sounds McCartney - ish. Its from a few years ago and i heard it twice on the radio recently. It contains the lines, Looking out of my lonely room, day after day, I give my love to you.

I searched online and it came up with Rod Stewart - 'day after day' (apparently originally by Badfinger)

Of course Its Badfinger. McCartney wrote stuff for them in the 60s. I need shooting for not remembering that. Thanks a lot Lueclue . I couldnt find it anywhere.
