I also remember seeing her in a film in which she was looking for a killer (or perhaps something else. Helpful I know). Anyway, the man who was with her was caught and tortured by someone who stripped the wires from a tall lamp and placed them on his temples to force him to talk. Can't remember if he did (I think he didn't know) and it turned him a bit mental. He ended up pacing around in a daze with a gun permanently held at the end of an outstretched arm. I don't suppose any of that helps. Anyway, what was her name?
