Trying to find the name of a popular song

It's a dance song that may have been remixed but the drag queens love it.... it goes "You can run and you can hide, I don't wanna leave, please believe in me" - please help!!!

Oh hell, this is terribly familiar.It goes on something like "We've had our problems but I'm on your side, you're all I need, please believe me", doesn't it? I can't quite put my finger on what it is, but it's some old rock song that's been redone, I'm pretty sure. This is gonna bug me until somebody comes up with the answer...

According to Google it's 'Something Happened On The Way To Heaven' originally by Phil Collins but redone by Deborah Cox for that skanky tribute album.
