'Jesus To A Child' was about Anselmo, George's first long-term gay partner who died of HIV.

'You Have Been Loved' is indeed about his mum, as is 'Around Here'.
Both of these are WRONG WRONG WRONG! Hw wrote "Waltz Away Dreaming" in tribute to his mother. Was sung with Toby Bourke (new artist signed to George's record label Aegan). Anything else GM related, just ask!!
Well I watched a documentary about GM, when he explained about writing 'Around Here' about his mum marrying his dad - and I think he would know better than either of us - don't you?
