Rock song played on The Vault

I am trying to find out the name of a song which was played on The Vault about 15 years ago. It was a rock song and I can remember is a guy who sang it had long blond hair. The video also featured a gospel choir who sang "have mercy" whilst the man said "hmm, have mercy". Then one of the choiristers pinched his behind and he shrieked in surprise but it made to sound like part of the song. It was really funny.

Can anyone help?
