when's the second batch of reading tickets going on sale?

i know there's usually a second batch of tickets that go on sale (not including HMV etc) - does anyone know when that would be?

Ideas for a cd for an 18th party!

I have been thwarted again, I only want two day tickets for Friday : (

Early bird tickets go on sale shortly after the festival ends in August/September & the second lot goes on sale in March, apparently all the tickets sold out in about 3 hours

cuz i remember last year some going on sale a couple months before (though after the march/april batch)
