i recently stumbled accross this great track with great lyrics- 'mark brown feat. sarah cracknell- the journey continues' (from the lloyds tsb ad)... so i was just wondering if anyone knws of any other songs old and new similar to this type of music or genre, 'dance music with good sad quality lyrics and a nice catchy beat... so that i can make a compilation to listen to in my car, thanx in advance

brilliant gromit, thanx for some great tunes. whats this type of music known as?. u must have heard that song, rapture 'it taste so sweet' or something, great song

The catch-all genre is Electronica/Dance. But they can probably be put into subsets of which I do not know. Some are lounge, others trance, doesn't really matter.

Hope you have managed to make a good compilation. I could recommend other artists.
