Could anyone tell me when a new number one takes over from the old? Is it midnight between Saturday and Sunday, midnight between Sunday and Monday or at 1900hrs when it's announced on the radio?
Thankyou!

As it doesn't become public until announced, I would say then really. Obviously the figures are compiled sometime before then, but I don't know when the cut off is. Whatever, what's the point of having a new number one if no-one knows about it, so it has got to be when announced.
Ummm.... I always assumed it went from 7pm on a Sunday

But
