City Music
I would like to know the name and composer of a classical song. I say clasical but I believe its probably early 20th century, its orchestral also. It starts off with a long wail of a woodwind instrument, possibly a clarinet, and this is done to sound like the wailing of a police siren. Thats all I can remember about the song.
It's a pretty famous piece of music I believe and is usually played during montages of a day beginning in a city. The song's name may be something like "Morning in the City" or "Waking up in New York", however I am not sure. Any help will be appreciated,
Cheers
