heavy bass

About 10/12 or so years there was a superb r'nb/soul track with a heavy bass. My only recollection of the video was that it switched between some heavy black guys singing in an underground bunker, and a shot of black power boats being shadowed by a few helicopters flying quite low. It was probably on the Virgin label as they had it for a while as background music on their internet helpline. Any thoughts?

I know the Fugees song and it's not the one I had in mind. Funnily enough I saw the Fugees video some time ago and thought they had copied the video from the other people. Last night though I asked my daughter/husband and they both said the Fugees. However, I think it was earlier than the Fugees song, so maybe I've got the video wrong. Thanks anyway.
