This is a really good question in my opinion. Im surprised that no one has answered it yet.
I think that the most objectionable, opinionated people are the younger contestants. Often they are not long (maybe 2-3 years) out of school (or college) and they believe that the law of the playground still rules in the real world. Often they have very limited knowledge of the so-called real world and continue to behave like theyre in the playground. Such as, verbally attacking people and putting them down, claiming that their victim has no respect for them, when they have done nothing to earn respect.
Sometimes the 'bullying set' will receive some support from likeminded people, but ultimately the vast majority of viewers will see past the rhetoric and throw them out.
The real pity is, that bullies in BB and in real life never see their actions as being bullying.
Its a sad indictment on our society when some people see bullying as being real and when they tear verbal strips off another, they claim, Im my own person, innit?
