SeeTickets.com isn't the official sales agent for the Cambridge Corn Exchange. (CCE use Tickets.com as their agency). SeeTickets.com is a legitimate company but they've got a poor reputation for customer service, scoring just 3.2 out of 10 on ReviewCentre.com:

Keep hassling them until you've actually received the tickets!

We bought tickets through ticketmaster.co.uk to see Mika, we lost the tickets so we phoned ticketmaster on the night and the concert was being re-scheduled as Mika was ill, so 7 months later (the night of the concert) we still had no tickets, but they were at the box office at the venue with a free upgrade to VIP for any inconvenience caused.
