"Complete" song help!

Can anybody tell me who sang the song "Complete"? I think that's what its called, but the lines go something like "I hear you call out to me, I am complete. I'm lost in the moment..." can't remember anything else. I think it came out about 5yrs ago or more.

If I remember, the rift was also used on Sky Sport News.
