I am not a wealthy man so why have I paid �120 for two tickets, �230 for a flight to London, about �75 taxi from Airport to Hampstead Heath and then an extortionate amount for wine and food within the Kenwood Hall salubrious surroundings?

Why??? Because Brian Wilson is God. Simple as that and money can not buy you religion but it can him. So there.

You paid all that to see a man whose brain is so shot that he can't even remember his own lyrics.

He has them scrolling up on two flatscreen monitors on his keyboard.

After all that expense, I hope you enjoy it. Sail on Sailor is my favourite - there was also a great version of this by Ray Charles. Didn't like Lulu's version much tho!

If you admire the man and you've the money to spare to watch him, then go for it- why not?

Personally I wouldn't pay 50p to see him but there ya go :-)

Never did like the Beach Boys, but I seem to be in a minority there. I've travelled to Prague to see a band i liked who didn't play closer to home, so i understand where you're coming from .
