what is the song and who is the artist, that is featured in the matchmaker, lyrics go something like, come back to your own ones

I'm not familiar with the Matchmaker but there is a song, "Irish Heartbeat" by Van Morrison that featured, ironicallly enough, at the end of each episode of Billy Connolly's World Tour of Scotland.  There it was sung by Billy and a huge drum & pipe band.  It goes:

It continues "I'm going back, going back to my own ones..."
