Millenium Stadium Concert tips
3 Answers
Looking for some welsh advice.
What time would you expect a concert at Milenium Stadium to finish??
Could I get the 22.46 train home or would it best to take the car?
And where would be best place to park on a Saturday night? Is there parking at the stadium???
I've been before for rugby games but I recall having to park around the grand buildings / park / fort area nearby, and my ex drove then so I would never be able to find the place again.
Any other tips would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance.

If it is a concert big enough for the millenium stadium you will be very lucky to for free near the university, there are loads of car parks about at a cost, and cardiff is very easy to get about whether on foot or driving.
I would say forget the 22.46 train for definite because concerts rarely finish before that and it take a while to get out of the stadium if it is full to capacity which it almost certainly will be, and even if it did finish early you wont be the only one rushing for that train.
My advice is to do what i do and get there early and make a day of it, the city really comes alive on a day when theres a big concert there, as you will know from the rugby days, if theres a few of you going, try to arrange some other transport.
That 22.46 train you mentioned, is that the ystrad mynach one?
