Not much to play with there! It sounds a bit like When Love Breaks Down by Prefab Sprout but its not - sorry.

Mmmm, I probably should have mentioned that it's not a very long snippet.

I'm pretty sure it was used in the trailer for BBC 2's play 'A number' which was shown last week too.
