Suitable song needed!

My kids singing group need to sing a song to say goodbye/thanks to the Head Teacher who is leaving at Xmas. It could also be a xmas song. Any good ideas what song we could do? Other than "Goodbye" by the Spice Girls! Needs to not be about love!!

My daughter left primary school this year and at the final service the rest of the school sang a song to the leavers. I think it's called Irish Blessing and it has lyrics like "may the road rise up to meet you, may the wind always be at your back". It's such a lovely song, just wishing someone all the best in life and there wasn't a dry eye in the house! In fact 4 months later I still can't think of it without tearing up and I'm not the sentimental type ;)
