This isn't much to go on but the artists name is Ian something or other (I think) and the video was him riding a bicycle through Berwick Street market in London (near Soho), backwards. It was a lovely song and I can recall he sang the spelling of a word in the song which I think might have been the title of it. Yeh, well I said I didnt have much to go on, I bet someone will get it though!
