Depends on the mp3 player. It should attach to the PC via a lead and USB port.
I've got an mp3 player and an mp3 jukebox.
On the jukebox I open Musicmatch software and upload via that.
With the player I open it(right click, explore then choose removable disk) and drag and drop the mp3 files in that way.
