What are the songs?

There are two songs I keep hearing but don't know the titles or the artists:

1. Sounds like a cross between The Ting Tings and The Magic Numbers. There's a bit in the middle where a female chants 'This is not my idea'

2. Starts of like Amy Winehouse's 'Back to Black'. Something about a gunshot bride and 'to marry me'. Switches between quite heavy/rocky and more gentle.
