Music from BBC Radio 2 advert

There is an ad play on Radio2 for Johnny Walkers pirate radio program, and in the background there a number of excerpts of music playing, one is a kind of mo-town sounding peice, its pretty well known, i just cant think of it, not a single lyric, but the tune is stuck in my head!
Can anyone please help, thanks, Ben.

to the bbc iplayer, there is the latest dermot o'leary show (presented instead by zoe ball this week) and at about 0:19.10 the advert is playing. Thanks very much -its still stuck playing round in my head! Ben.
