Yeah sara and ronina are right - as I recall it was the last track on one side of the album. Once you know what they are saying, it all becomes obvious when you actually listen to it.
Hmmm, lets have a listen then shall we....
Thought I would embed the whole song, as it's so good.
I'm a fan of ELO....if you want to jump to the point in the song where you hear the strange words which even I can't make out....it's from 4.25
Sorry Imhotep but I heard this on the radio recently and it's definitely -Please turn me over- for the above reasons that it was the last track on the vinyl album.
Extract from Wikipedia (which I know can be inaccurate but not this time). Hope this clears it up!!
"Mr. Blue Sky" is the finale of "Concerto for a Rainy Day". It is an uplifiting, lively song celebrating sunshine. It is the only piece from the Concerto to be excerpted as a single. In the last orchestral note, the phrase "Please Turn Me O-ver" spoken through a vocoder can be heard (This bit has been misheard repeatedly as "Mr. Blue Sky, why?", but original keyboardist Richard Tandy confirmed the actual lyric to members of the Showdown ELO fan list). (This is an instruction for owners of the original vinyl album to turn it over to listen to the following side.)
Yes Yinyang.

Very humble and kind. http://kellygroucutt.sitesled.com/index.html
My husband would have loved to have met him, mightyWBA - and i think he would stalk Jeff Lynne given half the chance. i'm sure Kelly will be missed.
I've mentioned this before on AB, my husband is such an ELO fan that the first words our baby girls ever heard were ' Hey you with the pretty face, welcome to the human race '
