I'm not a country music fan, but it still seems to be popular. Why, then does this, once huger, event no longer feature on the calendar, or certainly not get the publicity if it does?

I do not know if it is still held my late wife and I went every year when Mervyn Conn staged them we saw all the greats and mingled with them,great times and happy ones,still have wonderful memories.
