I heard this song the other day in a shopping centre, but can't find it anywhere as I don't know the artist or the song name. Before anyone says either, it isn't Daniel Merriweather.

It had the lyrics from the chorus:

"Because things are gonna changeeeeeeeee" (With the change 'note' extended)
"Take me to the place......." I was unsure on the rest of those lyrics. I'd appreciate the help.
